Maintenance Services for VAX and Alpha
NEMONIX Engineering provides remedial hardware services
in three forms:
1. NEMONIX Engineering Call Center Service
- This service provides remedial maintenance services to you
on a contract basis. Support is available in several packages
from 8 x 5 up to 24 x 7. Support options are customized to
meet your unique needs. For critical business applications,
we can provision spares on site, train your folks to troubleshoot,
swap failed boards, and provide continuous effort until the
problem is resolved.
2. On-site Maintenance -
Available on a contract or per-call basis in the Northeast
U.S. and on a per-call basis anywhere else in the U.S.
3. VAX Lifeline Service - This is a new service
for customers that do self maintenance on VAX. It is intended
to provide that all important second level of support that
is missing for many self maintainers. It gives you that "place
to go" to when the problem has become tougher than it
appeared! NEMONIX Engineering is a recognized leader in VAX
technology enhancements, hard to find parts, and "lost
knowledge" of VAX systems. Structured in affordable hourly
blocks, this is the perfect alternative when you need that
something extra to get your system up and running again. |
